Ornella Muti missed a concert for dinner with Putin

The famous actress pretended to be sick and asked to postpone the concert without any sanctions in her direction. However, that evening she was photographed at the same table with the Russian president. Now Ornella faces trial

The official reason for the cancellation of the performance was the "severe hoarseness" of the actress. Unpleasant, but excusable. However, apparently, the real reason for the desertion of Ornella Muti from a concert in the Verdi Theater of the Italian town of Pordenone was a social event: namely, dinner with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Now the famous actress and singer faces a judicial punishment for cheating and forgery of a certificate, as well as the fine that she will have to pay to the theater. But all in order.

Events bring us back to 2010. In December, the actress was expected in Pordenone as the main character in the production of "Jew" Gianni Clementi (Gianni Clementi). However, she could not come to the play, as she became very ill: at least, this was assured by her doctor, who diagnosed Ornella with a severe degree of hoarseness and forbade her to go on stage.

"Acute laryngotracheitis with fever, cough and wheezing. 5 days of rest and minimal use of voice are needed," the doctor wrote. As long as everything looks normal, such a nuisance can happen to every artist, and no one is safe from this.

But that evening, Ornella Muti was photographed at a charity evening in honor of children suffering from cancer in Russia, at a table with Vladimir Putin. In a red dress and in great shape.

In this situation, the Roman prosecutor's office found at least two offenses. Firstly, misleading the doctor and forcing him to write out a certificate that is not true. And secondly, the deception of the theater leadership, as a result of which the performance was postponed to another day without applying any penalties to the actress. Therefore, if the lawyer of Ornella Muti cannot convince the judges of the innocence of the client, she will face punishment for fraud and forgery, as well as compensation for damage to the theater.

Ornella Muti is a popular Italian actress born in 1955. Has been acting in films since 15 years. The Slavic viewer is familiar mainly with films from Adriano Celentano "The Taming of the Shrew" and "Madly in Love". An interesting fact is that in one of her interviews, Ornella confirmed that they had an affair with Celentano during the filming.
